So so so good!
We’ve had an association with Cremeitalia, a brand of premium cheese, that retails across 7 major Indian cities and 100+ retailers, since it’s inception in 2018. What started with clutter breaking packaging design 3 years ago, manifested itself into a full fledged brand positioning exercise in 2020. It meant working closely with the founders to ask some of the big questions and tease out the true essence of the brand.
Through a detailed analysis of the market, retailers, target audience and popular culture, we realised that India has a long way to go when it comes to cheese. Most of it is processed or imported and being masked as healthy and fresh, when it isn’t. And a large part of the population thinks cheese is just what’s on a pizza! It was time to change that.
Our positioning was centred around the fact that we’re welcoming our community to the world of good cheese. Here the cheese is fresh, not processed and moreover, it’s absolutely delicious. All we had to do was encapsulate this into a simple and strategic idea that captured it all.
In addition to the brand’s positioning and tagline, which gave them a distinctive personality and tone, we also gave them an Instagram focused social media strategy, which included content buckets, photography style, design & tone guidelines and reference content from which they could build on their core positioning.
